Maya is a fourth-year Political Studies student.

The Vice President of External Affairs is responsible for the following:

• Plans all student-life and charitable events for the ASSU
• Hosts one event each month in the Fall and Winter terms
• Organizes ASSU outreach campaigns including tabling, bake sales, forums, etc
• Chairs the Student Group Collaboration Committee
• Chairs the External Affairs Committee
