Each year the Arts and Science Students Union has the pleasure of awarding the ASSU Scholarship to full time students enrolled in the College of Arts & Science. The Scholarship is awarded to an outstanding undergraduate students who display exceptional leadership qualities, community involvement, academic achievement, and financial need.

 To Apply:

  1. Be a full time student enrolled in the College of Arts and Science at the University of Saskatchewan for the 2023-24 school year
  2. Share your unoffical transcript with the ASSU VP Academic
  3. Sumbit a 500-word essay on the topics listed below
  4. Submit your application by March 15th, 2024 at 11:59pm 

Essay Topics

Mandatory:

  1. The importance of student unions and/or your experiences with them
  2. How will this scholarship help you?

Optional:

  1. Barriers to success you have experienced/are experiencing while attending university.
  2. What being an Arts and Science Student means to you.
  3. The impact of student involvement on your experience as an Arts and Science Student.
